Yoga In Daily LifeŽ - USA Shipping Policy

We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) in the United States as well as internationally. Because international shipping prices using UPS are considerably higher, we also offer our international shoppers the choice to have their orders shipped via US Postal Service.
Orders are shipped on the next business day, except for Fridays. No shipping on Fridays, weekends and Holidays.

UPS (USA & International):
During the checkout process, you may choose your shipping method based on delivery time and/or price.
UPS Standard To Canada rates do not include customs clearance. Applicable brokerage charges, duties and taxes will be billed to the customer. (This applies mostly to large shipments).
Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express and Worldwide Express Plus rates include all applicable brokerage charges, duties and taxes.
All rates include Yoga In Daily LifeŽ - USA Handling Fees.

United States Postal Service (Only for International Orders Including Canada):
During the checkout process, select the US Post - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONLY - NOT USA option. You will receive an email with the Shipping and Handling Charges within 24 hours. With your email confirmation, we will process the order. If we do not receive your confirmation within three business days, your order will be canceled! The customer is responsible for any applicable customs clearance charges.
