How to sign up for Online classes Passes and Policies Review our safety procedures and policies
We are using the Zoom application for the live stream. When you signup for a class you will get an email with a link to the online class. We would ask you not to share the link with anyone - if you want to share this information with your friends they can sign up through the WellnesLiving. Once you receive the email just click on the link and you will be taken to the Zoom web page. You may be required to install the Zoom app. Just follow the instructions on the screen.
After installing the app you will be taken to the waiting room where the teacher admits you to the class. The waiting room will be open 15 minutes before the class.
- When you join the class your microphone and camera will be deactivated or muted.
- To activate the camera or microphone, move your mouse over the Zoom app window and a black bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- In the lower left corner you will see a microphone and camera that should be crossed out.
- By clicking one of the icons you can activate your camera or un-mute your microphone.
- During the class it would be preferable to stay muted.
- Leave the camera activated and the teacher will be able to see if you may need some guidance. Of course if you have questions you can un-mute the microphone.
