During 61 Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), taking place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 13 to 24 March 2017, a side event titled "Women's Global Leadership, Spirituality and Ethics" was organized by the NGO Committee on Spirituality, Values, and Global Concerns (CVGC NY). A panel of distinguished speakers and woman-leaders from diverse institutional, spiritual and business backgrounds, conveyed a message of a new era of feminine uprising that springs from the strength and wisdom within.
