Join us Fridays 6-7.30 PM during Spring 2 session.
This class is on drop-in basis, appropriate for all yoga students, no matter of level or class you currently attend with us. It is more dynamic then other classes - lots of dynamic Asanas, Khatupranam and Pranayama will boost your energy level, empower your Manipur chakra and strengthen your immune system.
