In Alexandria, near Washington DC, the last stop on this year's World Peace Tour by Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda (Vishwaguruji), a five-day program of events was held from 4 to 8 April, 2019. Activities included meetings with the Mayor and former Mayor of the City, a group visit to the World Peace Tree, and a special cultural program with Bhakti Devi performing Indian classical dance.
